TO BE PART OF IT

The Black Helix is an Alternate Reality Game (ARG) in which players will become part of an unwritten story, as once it is complete, it will be published as what we believe to be the first crowd sourced ARG fiction novel.

The players' alias names, information, research and sub plots that develop over the period of the game, will all be integrated into the final story to create a unique transmedia book that all players will ultimately feel truly part of.

The Black Helix is one of the largest Alternate Reality Games to come out of Northern Ireland and over the period of four weeks the Black Helix will engage players into an interactive narrative full of games, phone calls, real world tasks and a final role playing event.

An ARG is an Alternate Reality Game which crosses multiple platforms. Each ARG has a trailhead which starts the game and helps you to find the next place to go. The Black Helix begins here and the first clue lies within the video. Enjoy!
